Irevna has a three-level business continuity plan (BCP) to ensure
the continuance of services to its clients under unforeseen circumstances. This
is complemented by a disaster recovery plan (DRP) which mandates a series of
steps depending on the type of disaster to ensure the availability of IT
services. The plan is well delineated to effectively respond to disaster events
at different levels, and is periodically tested based on relevant scenarios.
The diagram below illustrates Irevna's scenario-based BCP.

Furthermore, Irevna associates document each delivery role, highlighting
responsibilities, client details, nature of the project, key deliverables and
other notable issues. The document plays a major role when work is transitioned
to a new associate. It is mandatory for each team member to update the role
document at least once a month. This, in turn, is reviewed and signed off by
the team lead. When an associate leaves a role, he or she is expected to spend
enough time with the new associate to effectively transfer knowledge, based on
the role document.
