Irevna has incorporated into its policies the most stringent compliance and ethics codes of conduct. A dedicated team is in place to establish information security (IS) objectives and maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability. The IS team also continually creates awareness amongst associates.

The relationship between Irevna and its clients is confidential. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties either intentionally or accidentally. Information is always kept within a client-designated secure environment. Swipe card readers are used to control access in dedicated client work areas.

All employees of Irevna must sign nondisclosure agreements, a code of conduct undertaking, and IT security usage affirmation. Our employees must also sign the McGraw Hill code of ethics.

To avoid conflicts of interest, Irevna employees are required to obtain pre-approval prior to a transaction in a security or financial instrument. Employees must submit a quarterly statement listing their investments

Irevna has implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on the guidelines stipulated by the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 standard. Our company meets the highest global standards for information security and is subjected to regular ISO audits. We are also subject to Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations through CRISIL and New York Stock Exchange and SEC regulations through McGraw Hill.

Network connectivity is ensured at all times and we have dedicated client specific VLANs. At Irevna, internet access is controlled and computers have no access to USB, floppy, CD drives. We maintain the highest levels of IT security with firewalls and anti-viruses and anti-spam software.
