As a socially responsible organization, we actively participate in several voluntary programmes. We encourage our employees to contribute towards enriching the quality of lives of the communities we live and work in. Some of our activities include spending time at orphanages and old age homes. We have also been organizing blood donation camp once every six months in association with the Jeevan Blood Bank (http://www.jeevan.org).

We also extended our support during the Tsunami relief program. Our employees collected cash, food, clothing, and other basic life support material and distributed them directly to the victims. Across Irevna, several of our employees also contributed to the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund. Apart from these contributions, a number of our employees' participated in rescue operations at Nagapattinam (a devastated coastal town in Tamil Nadu).
