The most common delivery model is what we call the 'associate model', where an Irevna associate effectively forms part of a team at a client investment bank. Irevna associates perform a role similar to onshore associates, who are typically Ivy League MBAs or CFA charter-holders. Client teams are usually organized around a sector or a strategic product. Under the leadership of the team's lead analyst, usually a Director or Managing Director, the Irevna associate performs activities such as building financial models, helping the team initiate and maintain coverage on a particular universe of stocks.

Apart from contributing to the ongoing coverage of the team, the additional leverage afforded by the Irevna associates can help in a variety of ways: it can help shorten the idea-to-product cycle, where the Irevna associate contributes significantly in taking an idea to the investment product, or in acting as a 'thought-partner', the Irevna associate(s) can help generate ideas relating to specific investment products or thematic research.

Apart from the dedicated associate model, Irevna can also execute investment research on a project basis. This model proves invaluable in crunch situations, where more hands are needed on deck for a limited period of time—where a client wants to rapidly ramp up coverage, or where an idea needs to be tested and taken to a product in a short timeframe.
