Mani is the business head for CRISIL-Irevna group’s off-shoring business. In this role he provides strategic leadership to the business, especially its growth into new verticals and geographies. Prior to his current role, Mani was instrumental in setting up probably the largest credit research offshoring team in India. In his 15-year career in CRISIL Mani has worked across various CRISIL businesses in managerial and analytical positions. He set up CRISIL’s corporate governance ratings business, established CRISIL’s web presence, and successfully led large teams of analysts in the ratings business.

Mani has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant by training (India's CPA-equivalent).

Chris Graham heads Irevna’s business development and relationship responsibilities. Chris has been with the group for over 4 years, and spearheaded development of the North American client base, global credit research client base, and the Western Hemisphere Research Delivery Center in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prior to joining Irevna, Chris was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he focused on merger integration and strategic operations. He has previously worked at GE Capital and AT Kearney.

Chris holds degrees from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, the United States Naval War College, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Ravishankar G leads delivery operations of Irevna, which are spread across three locations, namely Buenos Aires, Chennai and Mumbai. Ravi has over 13 years experience in investment research across different asset classes and has been instrumental in managing the growth of outsourced investment research operations at Irevna, over the last couple of years. In his previous assignments, Ravi lead a team of credit analysts covering a portfolio of manufacturing companies and subsequently, was the head of an independent research firm.

Ravi is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
