Our screening process for new recruits is extremely rigorous with only 2% of
the initial candidates receiving offers.
Irevna's training program utilizes a mix of apprenticeships and formal programs.
We follow a hands-on approach to formal training, with a strong emphasis on
interactive group learning through exercises and illustrations rather than
lecture-style presentations.
'Boot Camp' is a four-week knowledge-sharing program mandatory for our new
recruits. This is conducted by some of our most experienced employees along
with industry experts. Through 'Boot Camp', we aim to prepare every associate
to face any challenge. After attending this program, each associate will be
well prepared to interact with global clients.
