Irevna has developed in-house training modules based on client feedback. The focus of Irevna's training modules is to give a trainee practical exposure in their domains. All modules are based on simulated case studies and are delivered by extensively trained experts.

Irevna follows a two-step approach to training:
  • Boot camp training is a 21-day mandatory training program for new employees with modules from upgrading financial and software skills to ;writing and effective communication.
  • On-the-Job Training offers intensive support during the first three months for new recruits and need-based training for existing employees. Irevna has various training programs concentrating on the technical and behavioral competencies necessary for every job. Regular need-based training modules range from sector workshops to cross-cultural communication.

All new employees also sign up with the Irevna Mentorship Program, which develops the skills, behavioral traits and personal insights they will need to attain their goals and aspirations. Mentors assist on a wide range of issues, from giving advice about project allocation and career progression to getting acquainted with the key office personnel.
